The Pint Public House - Edmonton

What was supposed to be "date night" after the oilers game quickly turned into some kinda royal rumble between 1 guy and 5 or 6 bouncers. Im not sure what happened but they were kicking and punching him while the guy turtled on the ground.Looked gang related. Definitely don't feel comfortable in there after seeing that.there was like 30 of us that all got up and left.They beat the kid senseless and i seen him takin in an ambulance. I used to like going here too. I wish the ownership group would put a stop to this and make this place reputable like it used to be!! Everyone of those bouncers involved in that should be fired and charged with assault or even worse. No one wants too see that!

Had lunch here and had the Fajita wrap which was average at best. Fries were good and crispy. Service was very good - Janet was quite attentive but not overly so.

Terrible venue, awful racist staff, disrespectful bouncers. Other than a few nice bottle service girls the people that run thie place are real jerks. Think twice before going there if you are black

Overall, atmosphere was good - especially the patio view just off Jasper Ave. We had decided on this place for a friends birthday, fifteen of us checking out the Pint, most of us being newbies although all of us frequent bar and restaurant visitors. We had one waitress who tended to us every 30-45 minutes. Food was ordered, took the kitchen close to an hour, although no complaints as the food was hot. Friday night there were no food or drink specials, I don't know many bars/restaurants that don't guide folks into specials for the night. $9 pints of Shock Top. $7 Vodka Cranberry. I would suggest this place for a decent hangout with friends, although if you're celebrating there's better. Brewhouse feel although appears to be more expensive.

Spent way too much on two drinks and couldn't move in the bar after 11pm. The set up of the bar wasn't great and there were way too many people.
