Boston Pizza - Edmundston

It had been a while since we'd been to a Boston pizza, so we thought that we'd give it a try. No real complaints...they were ok; a little slow, and the food (nachos and pizza) were a little bland.

Myself, my husband and our 2 boys went for supper after driving from Halifax,NS.Never had an issue before with Boston Pizza. My ribs and my mash potatoes were stone cold. After telling the waitress, she took them and the chef reheated them in the microwave. Needless to say they tasted worse then they did cold. I was never offered "fresh" food, or something different. I then brought it up to the manager and he nicely informed me that their mash potatoes come frozen in a package and are heated in the microwave ALL the time. I paid $16.95 plus tax for cold ribs and cold mash potatoes that were they reheated in the microwave. Was not impressed in the least with the food or the so called manager:(

Typical experience for Boston Pizza. Consistency is one of their strengths - everyone enjoyed their dinners. Service was friendly and efficient. No surprises - no room for desert.

I love to stop at this restaurant. The food is good as the people. Never been desapointed at the boston pizza

The food and ambiance of this restaurant is similar to other Boston Pizza locations. We dined here twice. The service was satisfactory during our first visit, but during the second visit, there were issues with follow-up on orders and requests, as well as a mistake on the bill.
