Boston Pizza - Edson

I came here on October 19th (my birthday) with about 12 other people. We were being served by an Asian women and she continuously messed up our orders I am not complaining about that because I understand mistakes happen. When it came time to pay our bills she said all of our bills were automatically printed and they 're was no way the bills could be messed up. My friend paid for my order and we left with about 5 people from our party left paying. At the end one person had their bill paid for twice but she claimed we hadn 't payed for ours, she proceeded to go print a new receipt which she specifically said wasn 't possible because all the bills were printed correctly. The last person ended up paying $40 extra dollars due to the 'unpaid ' bill. I would highly not recommend going here.

The food was what I would expect from a BPs, pretty good and consistent. Service was really great though, which always improves the experience.

We came for business to Edson and had lunch here in Boston Pizza. An older lady served us, didn't even greet us, she just asked our drinks and she was in hurry even when she took our main course. Food came to the table without any single words from her, very rude! No follow up check on the food. She came back when we were almost done and ask about the bill. If Im a restaurant owner I would rather put her at back of the house, Washing dishes maybe could be good fit to her! No customer service! We have been to this place many times but she was the worst server ever! Thank you Anyway.

Mediocre at best, forgotten items, ribs were greasy, fries were few and far between. won't order again, but on a good note! Delivery guy was great!

Nicely spaced out, clean. It's a Boston pizza so the food is consistent. Polite staff. Good times
