Jani's Italian Restaurant - Edson

Ok food at best. Bland and boring pizza that didn't have much taste. Better off to go somewhere else in town if you want pizza in Edson

Should have known. Early Monday evening the wife and I were traveling thru to Edmonton. Read trip advisor reviews and Jani's rated a 4 star. Wow, how wrong. First indication was there were no other customers. Waiter had to wake up to serve us and showed little interest. My wife could not get a glass of water. "Fiters on the water are not working" so said the waitress. $ 2.00 for a bottle of water ! They did have the Pepsi I ordered. Waitress came to take our order. My wife ordered a Reuben sandwich. " Sorry, no sour kraut or beef dip or something else." That was it. We paid our bill and left. $ 4.75 for water and pepsi ! How the hell do they run a restaurant business with no food? We went to another restaurant.

Every time I be there oh my God the food fantastic. I would like to go there everyday if I can it's really the best food in Edson

This is the third time we been there it was the best food ever in Alberta as an Italian restaurant the chef very friendly and the owner too recommend to every one

Nothing is too fancy here. The hotel its in is old, the restaurant is basic. The beer selection isn't inspiring. But the pizza and pasta is really quite good. Would try it again.
