Managerial staff should be aware of when customers can hear them berating teen employees for needing to take a drink during a shift. Watching managers go on a power trip because they’re older than a child is nauseating and feels beyond unwelcoming. Manners maketh man: maybe if the managerial staff wasn’t running around trying to make everyone miserable by barking orders and threatening jobs in customer earshot, the rest of the staff wouldn’t seem downright suicidal.btw: extra sauce on a wrap means put it ON the wrap, not give me a packet so I have to open the wrap and put it on myself

Can't even be bothered to include a straw for my drink or even throw in a single packet of ketchup.Pathetic.Edit: 1 year later and they suck even worse.Paid an extra dollar for the BACON big mac and even though the restaurant was closed and I was the ONLY ONE in the drive through, they still messed up the order and forgot bacon.HOW HARD IS IT TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS?????And how about that disgusting freezer burnt bun making the $9 burger unedible.DO BETTER FFS.

They forgot mayo on my burger. A kiosk was out of order. Clean restaurant and staff was friendly.
