Original Joes Restaurant and Bar

Dinner with brother. Both ordered hamburgers. Service was great, but very slow to eat. Server apologized. Place wasn't busy. Food wasn't great. It was better.

We often eat here for lunch, sometimes for brunch. Service is always great. Menu becomes a bit old with few changes over the years. There must be an update with new offers. It was a place where we were often, so it becomes boring to order the same items. They used to have the best, unique soups. Now it seems to be the same rotating couple of soups I stopped ordering as they were not good when it was tried. There has to be some money to keep the place... the seats and tables are so worn. The finish on the tables is so worn that they simply feel sticky, even if they are clean. We really appreciate a local pub style food in the city, and we really liked ABIs, and have enjoyed eating here over the years, but its begin to feel tired, worn and repetitive. We would like to see a new menu and refresh the interior.

We had a delicious and generous dinner at this restaurant. We want to thank our server Kayla, she was excellent and answered all of our questions. The beef dip was delicious, and my husband enjoyed the special steak dinner. We would definitely eat there again.

On our way back from Jasper, we stopped for dinner at this restaurant. We had soup and entrees, and found the food to be delicious. The portion sizes were generous and worth the price. The service was quick and efficient. Overall, we left feeling satisfied and well-fed.

This place offers a wide variety of options, from tasty starters to fantastic main courses, along with a wide selection of drinks. I opted for the Brussels sprouts and lettuce wraps, both of which were extremely delicious. I highly recommend trying any dish on the menu.
