4 Hermanos Mexican Cuisine

Arguably the best Mexican food in Edwardsville area. I cannot say I agree with the bad reviews from over half a year ago when they first opened as this place is amazing and definitely has it figured out now. Chips are always fresh and crispy, salsa is delicious and the flavored margs are fantastic. Been here several times and every meal we’ve ordered has been fantastic, fresh and is made with quality ingredients and care. Would recommend the fajita steak chimichanga.

Went for first time. Both plates had excessive water in them. They gave a little overcooked piece of cornbread with the chimichanga. Beef tip chimichanga was really salty, no problem exchanging for the chicken chimichanga. Bottom of enchilada was so hard to you couldn't cut it. Beans were tasteless. Service was poor.

Worst food ever! Nothing more to say. Waited for food an hour and 15 minutes. No excuse for it. Never came back to refill drinks either.

Great food, great service, great decorations, great atmosphere! We were basically the only ones in the restaurant and were baffled that nobody else was enjoying such scrumptious food. If you want some Mexican in Edwardsville, check out 4 Hermanos!!

This place is awesome come on in and have some good chips the chips will knock you out also get the Mexican guacamole not the regular the Mexican guacamole is yummy yummy yummy. The flan is awesome Anna is the best server ask for her.
