Qdoba Mexican Eats - Edwardsville

The prices have significantly increased since my last visit, but the portion sizes have decreased. The cheese was not hot, only barely warm. If you are raising the prices, the amount of food should not be less. I am willing to pay more, but I expect to receive what I pay for.

Ok the place has gotten better. Seems like a management change. Workers were pleasant. Far from the crew that worked there before. I'll come back now.

I placed a to go order on the app to pick up at 12:30 on a Friday. The line was very long when I came in. My pick up order was not on the shelf yet so I sat to wait. It took 20 minutes after my pick up time to get my order (that had been apparently sitting on the counter the entire time I was there and I had no idea). The restaurant was not very clean but I will say it was a busy time for them. I?m giving it 4 stars because of the worker at the register. She was working the register by herself, getting all the to go orders ready to go and on the shelf, and answering the phone dealing with customer issues! No one ever offered to help her even though there were multiple people available. You could tell she was very overwhelmed but she was polite and apologetic and patient to everyone! I only wish I got her name to mention here.

I love QDoba! I only get to eat it when I am back in my home town so I look forward to it! I've never had bad food or a bad experience. I ordered the Surf n Turf, but they ran out of cooked shrimp so I had to wait...but it turned out longer than expected but the manager notice I had been standing there for a while so she insisted my meal was on them. I was so please with the way everything was handled, not to mention they help me get my Qdoba reward app updated. I am forever a customer of QDoba!

I have visited this restaurant multiple times to make sure I wasn't missing something. Unfortunately, the servers often struggle with portion sizes, the tomato dicer has been out of order for a while, and the seating area is usually messy. Here is a picture of my full double meat bowl.
