Smoothie King - Edwardsville

Sharing this review in hopes the restaurant realizes their staff constantly turn their online ordering on and off. I understand the volume at times and have no complaints there, but this evening before 6:00 PM I tried to place an order for pickup the tomorrow morning at 7:00 AM. When I went to checkout, it said ordering at that time is not available. Ok, I get that. I tried to bump it back and they are not allowing any orders for tomorrow at any time throughout the entire day. WHY IS THIS??? Why can I not have a simple smoothie order fulfilled when it is placed a day in advance? People who plan ahead in advance seem to be always downgraded for drive-thru orders at most establishments today. This was an order for 5 and not just 1. You are losing a big piece of business with advance orders that are likely larger chunks of revenue. Just thought I would relay in hopes you realize that not only are you losing money out the door, but customers too.

1st time here at this location! We came around 3 pm on a Monday and it wasn’t busy at all. They do have a drive thru. There is also tables inside so you can sit and enjoy.

The restaurant is excellent and very clean! The staff members are incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend it—10/10!

It was a hot day, so we decided to go inside to escape the heat and place an order. However, the music blaring from the overhead speakers consisted solely of rap songs that featured inappropriate lyrics. One of the tracks was "Jealousy" by UnoTheActivist. I'm just thankful my children weren't with me; it was definitely not a family-friendly atmosphere.

Poor customer service, closed right after we left, an HOUR early. 6/17/23 7:45 pm
