Wang Gang - Edwardsville

Update: I returned for a margarita, and I have to say, Gabby is now my favorite bartender! Her margarita was incredible. She’s always behind the bar on Mondays, and while other days can be hit or miss, Monday is guaranteed to be great with her cheerful service. I think we should officially rename Mondays to "Gabby's Monday Margarita." Here's a photo of my margarita after I finished it, but you really need to visit Gabby to see how it looks when it’s full!

Wang Gang never disappoints! The sweet and sour stir-fry is generous in portion, and both types of crab rangoon are fantastic. The sweet chili wings are incredible, and their strawberry and spinach salad, along with the dumplings, is also excellent. You really can't go wrong here!

The quality of the food has noticeably declined, and the service was inconsistent. While the dishes were served hot, the fried rice was bland and made me lose my appetite after a few bites. The higher prices, along with an added credit card service fee, were an unwelcome surprise at the end of what felt like a rather disappointing dinner.

Had dinner there for the daughter's 9th birthday. A total of 10 in our party and several controls. The food was excellent and the service was great, although it was pretty busy. A great experience for our daughter who wanted an adult restaurant! Our server Erin really felt the birthday girl special! Great food and drinks. We often come back!

Drunk rice had a granular grit to it like a paste had lost it's solubility and the heat wasn't there. The other fried rice was really bland. Up your game kids. It was made fast which is a plus because it was a pick up order but I had to ask for cutlery and they gave me chopsticks for a rice dish. It's not sushi there whitebread. Also no napkins. Maybe it's just a sit-down restaurant or I just ordered wrong but I spent forty bucks on food I couldn't finish. You get two stars from me because of the potential to be great but the execution needs to be dialed in
