Wasabi Sushi - Edwardsville

I added salmon to my spider roll and would highly recommend, traveled well across edwardsville.

Gyoza was cold and barely cooked. House Salad (just lettuce and carrot) was sitting in a puddle of water. Sushi rice tasted old. Gyoza Sauce and ginger dressing were so salty they were inedible.

The food was outstanding! I tried the Batman rolls this time, and I wasn’t disappointed at all.

The Katsu was as delicious as ever, and the Spider roll was spot on. I just wish they would stop using cardboard containers.

The sushi rolls were just average; the spicy salmon roll was essentially a salmon roll topped with spicy mayo. The stuffed avocado was quite unpleasant, served on a bed of wilted, brown leaves that looked very old. I found it inedible and ended up throwing it away. Overall, it felt like a waste of money.
