Unexpected lesser experience for this particular location. Didn't prepare order correctly, Didn't provide accurate sides, facility looked unattended (main area and restroom) needed attention. Main counter was very friendly, attentive (initially) and attempted to correct poorly prepared meal. Just kind of let down overall.Food: 3/5

I stayed at the Best Western next door and placed an order online. The food was on time delicious, best Mac and Cheese I've ever had. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Overall great experience.Food: 5/5

My girlfriend and I order here weekly. When we first started coming the food was hot, bread was toasted and basic stuff wasn’t forgotten on a sandwich. Now we come here and order two jalapeño turkey crunch sandwiches and they have no bacon on them and they’re cold. And this isn’t the first time. Luckily the chips were on it because normally I have to go inside and ask for them. I receive the bacon that should’ve been on the sandwich and it’s like it just came out of the cooler not even heated up. This place is going so downhill it’s sad. Lousy, lazy, and irresponsible kitchen workers to say the very least. Absolutely pathetic, not to mention it takes 30 minutes to get two sandwiches everytime we come through! Figure it out or close this abomination so the building can be used for something useful.Dietary restrictions: You can tell them your dietary restrictions but with how little the guys in the kitchen pay attention they probably won’t get it right. I recommend just going somewhere else. Subway is better than this place.

It took 30 minutes to get our order. The whole time we were waiting there is this short statured guy with a huge mouth yelling orders and saying weird off the wall things like....CHUGA CHUGA CHOO CHOO! Lots of tables with plates of half eaten food inside and out. Birds were eating leftover food on the patio it had been there so long. Got our food to go and the box my salad was in had food smeared all over the box, the nacho chips were all broken and they put all the toppings in little individual cups for me to put together.Definitely never going back.
