Contribuisci feedbackI had a fantastic experience with Ann, the gas pump clerk. She was exceptionally helpful, always cheerful and polite. She even assisted me in setting up the Wawa app for gas and savings for my next visit. I would rate her customer service a perfect 10 out of 10!
The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, and the food and coffee were excellent. The staff was exceptionally friendly as well.
Wawa is always great. Clean. But this means that food is fresh.
Just order two milkshakes that make the girl the drinks was not wearing gloves and honestly the worse milkshakes I've ever had definitely not been back to this place.
Store supervisor Lisa is a tyrannical ruler with zero customer service skills. This young lady is abusive to her customers and prides herself on wasting costumers time by explaining NJ state Laws. If asked to stop Lisa will kick you out of HER store and call the cops. Every time Lisa or her side kick the old lady works the cash lines they are insanely long. The women need retraining. The place is a understocked, understaffed and disorganized joke. Save a trip and shop elsewhere. Older lady there is a overall rude person. The women has zero customer service skills. Doesn't smile when speaking to all colors of people. Probably trained by Lisa.
