Eating is excellent! I've been here before and I've returned because it's so extraordinary good to eat! especially recommend the venison roast, even vegetables are cooked for perfection and so was yorkshire pudding!

Clever and unusual menu. Presentation of dishes is excellent and cooking is top notch. Fixed price for two or three courses is a simple and very reasonable policy although they make good money on wine and drinks. When full it is a little noisy nothing soft (drapes, hangings) to deaden the clatter. Very good place to eat.
