Charleys Cheesesteaks - Eielson AFB

This place is awful ordered cheese fries didn't get any cheese, asked for mushrooms didn't receive mushrooms sandwich wasn't cooked all the way the workers seem like they have no idea what they are doing. I understand if you're new or if you're in training but atleast have someone competent enough to make a sandwich. 3rd time I've been there all bad experiences will not go back.

Garret has no idea what he is doing. Gave him my order and he just paced around. Told him multiple times what I wanted on my sandwich and that I wanted it to go. Apparently he didnt listen the 5 times I told him all of that. Had an attitude the whole time too. He needs someone to babysit him. My co worker went there after me and said the same thing about him. If hes working I'll eat somewhere else.

The slowest service I have ever seen, I ordered 6 mins ago and still waiting for my grilled chicken salad.

Absolutely delightful! I also appreciate that they consistently offer a new limited-time sandwich.

Recently, the service has been quite slow, and the preparation of the sandwiches has become inconsistent. They added way too much sauce, which was overwhelming and almost burning my nostrils. I’m not sure what kind of sauce it was. The staff member asked if I wanted everything on the sandwich, but I was in line with four other people. She could have waited a moment until I was a bit closer to the counter.
