Burgcafe Gadem - Eisenach

My eyes were drawn to their cakes on display but I was convinced that the Flammkuchen is not to be missed. Therefore having only 1 stomach instead of 2 , I had to make a choice. Flammkuchen were indeed delicious, its like pizza but dough is much thinner and lighter. Anything with tomato, cheese and arugula toppings, I am sold. Service: warm and friendly.

Nice cafe at Wartburg. Friendly staff, quick operation. Coffee and cake were great and the prices were reasonable. You can only recommend visitors to the castle.

In short and concise, this short-haired, blonde, grilled operation is not only unfriendly, no, this lady is simply aggressive and cheeky towards her guests. Such an impossible behavior, I rarely experienced. You might think she's gonna stop at least before age, but no, even the 80-year-old man behind us, was served with a way he's looking for the same.

Totally unfriendly expensive. Too bad, because the location is of course very nice and the cake was also delicious. Have paid for everything on the picture 17€.... And the coffee was really bad: card payment not possible! We won't go there anymore.

At the entrance the service (short blond hair) came to me lustlessly behind the counter and treated me from above although I was nice and friendly. On a question, I got a nice answer, so I'll be right back out and left my money in the city with nice people and also like to give tips. The Wartburg, as a flagship for Eisenach, should hire some motivated nice employees who welcome a friendly welcome so that you will feel comfortable otherwise the reputation you get from the newspaper will worsen even further.
