We were lucky to find this place at the beginning of our trip. We ate for lunch a few times. The prices, quality and extensive menu kept us back. This place was always filled with locals. A real classic in Valladolid, where many locals eat for the quality of their food and great cheap prices. Unbelievable “Sopa de lima” and “Tortas”. Great location in the interior Mercado des Plaza Mayor and close to other restaurants. This is the last, so don't pay attention to the touts trying to get you in their restaurant, Don Casiano doesn't do that because he doesn't need it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and all meals are served in a few minutes. A must in Valladolid!

Es una fonda sencilla dentro del mercado en el zócalo de valladolid. Puedes encontrar comida típica de la región como panuchos, salbutes, tacos o tortas de cochinita pibil, lomitos y relleno negro, además de aguas y jugos frescos deliciosos hechos al momento. Hay que llegar antes de las 2-3pm ya que cierran. También tiene platillos como huevos al gusto, poc chuc, milanesa entre otros.3 personas comen muy bien por 200 pesos !

Disfrutar los platillos regionales como los panuchos y salbutes, o los tacos de cochinita, o chicharrón, es una experiencia interesante.
