Cafeteria El Camino - El Burgo Ranero

They actually serve food on a Sunday! Don't laugh--go out and try to find something to eat on a Sunday afternoon in Leon

This was the first place I came upon after a long walk on the Camino from Moratinos. A very hospitable establishment with great food and good, cold beer.

I had breakfast here so the full menu was not available yet but I really enjoyed the cafe con leche y tortilla de patata. The hostess was very pleasant. It's also open at 7AM so you can eat here and get an early start on your Camino. While you are in El Burgo Ranero be sure to try La Laguna, a nice albergue with a great hospitalero named Vicente.

Un lugar digno del Camino, atendidos por Diana, que hace su trabajo de una forma muy profesional y siempre con una sonrisa, hemos comido varios bocadillos calientes de varios tipos, todos buenisimos, y un precio muy acorde a la calidad. Volveremos
