Burger King - El Cajon

I give 4 stars because of this places incredible customer service! They are always friendly, but go above and beyond compared to most places. The drive through clerk Amber was personable, polite and friendly. The food was good, but there was a couple mistakes that they had no problem fixing and even made an effort to find out who had filled the order, which shows accountability amongst the staff. The little things that you would expect from an establishment, but now days, unfortinately, are rare to find. Once corrected my food was fresh and very good!

Giving 5 stars because Sam was so nice to me on the phone when I called and asked for ranch and another item. I was unable to add jalapenos to my order online so he kindly gave me a side . Thank you so much I really appreciate Sam's great attitude and willingness to help me out with my issue.
