Dunkin' - El Cajon

Very clean and organized. Employee's are knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. Sat down for a coffee and the Air Conditioning was pleasant as I planned my day. I recommend this coffee place to friends and family alike.Food: 5/5

TERRIBLE SERVICE. i did a doordash order and didnt get all my food and when i called it went straight to voicemail you guys suck. how hard is it to package up some food, honestly just ridiculous it ruined my whole morningFood: 3/5

An angel works at the cash register here, nothing better than starting your day with a kind soul making you a morning coffee. I got an iced caramel swirl coffee with cream, 10/10.Food: 5/5

Went to this dunkin like I have every morning for the past 3 mornings. Ordered the bacon and it was all fatty pieces (that's fine its the morning) but at the bottom of the bag was more bacon grease then normal. Okay bacon has grease and maybe the fatty pieces have more grease but they didnt even put in napkins. My son orders the frozen hot chocolate and the last 2 out of the 3 they automatically put whipped cream but this time the lady said that I have to request it and was very rude. ? I dont know how to post a photo with this or I would.

Dutch Brothers is an hour drive, and only convenient on Disneyland days. The service at this DK location is ok at best. The consistency is decent. The line is usually long. This review comes after I boycotted this DK location for a little over a year. The customer service has improved but not by much.Parking: This location is in a Home Depot shopping center. The lot is usually packed in the morning. The drive thru is poorly constructed. If you park in front of DK, good luck backing out.
