Our Son-in-Law had just retired from the Navy and drove all the way from Virginia Beach to spend a couple of day with us before heading for Farmington, NM where our Daughter lives so he can join her. We wanted to take him someplace special, So we made a reservation at The Edge Of Texas . I had the Salmon with Lemon Pepper seasoning with Baked Potato and Tortilla Soup and we had several Appetizers, (Sausage Links and Nacho Chips). My Son-in-Law had the Buffalo Steak and Baked Potato. Our food was just awesome. Very, very good and our server was very attentive and polite. I wish I could remember her name because she was outstanding!!! My wife ordered the Shrimp (Scampi) and Baked Potato. She was not happy with her Shrimp. She said it just didn 't taste good to her. She did not say anything until we got home. I wish she had said something at the time but I guess she didn 't want to cause a scene on such a wonderful night. I am sure we will return and eat there very soon. Everything else was very nice and a very pleasant atmosphere to dine, oh and BTW, the Top Shelf Margarita was AWESOME!!!
