Monavala Pizza - El Cajon

Great calzone and pizza. Really nice staff. They also had an enormous selection of sodas, well over 100 different varieties.

Small pizzeria that stocks an unbelievable amount of non-alcoholic teas and beverages. The pizza isn't bad either. I had the 5 cheese pizza which was great as they handed it to me less than a minute after it came out of the over. Nice and hot and delicious! Definitely going back to try another one. Looks like the place is family owned and they value their customers. Go check it out.

Very tasty, affordable locally owned pizza place. I get mine purposely well done, they're very willing to prepare the way you ask. Highly recommended.

We were delighted to find Monavala Pizza...the food is good...the owner and staff were friendly...we liked our dinner so well we ordered more to go...next time I think I would order to go...served at home, as if I cooked it :

I arrived late and needed to order some pizza, so I used Uber Eats. It was a bit challenging to find the right order on the app—definitely not my favorite. I went with my usual choice: pepperoni and mushroom pizza. The pizza itself was great and at the right temperature, but it was a little soggy and somewhat bland. The only issue I had was with my drink; I ordered a two-liter Diet soda but ended up with a regular full-sugar Crush instead. I wish I could have enjoyed it!
