While they resolved the issue quickly with vouchers, we still had to wait thirty minutes for our entrée. The salads here are fresh. I tried both the Caesar and Greek salads and would recommend the Greek salad, although both are excellent choices. The pizza is incredibly cheesy and remains tasty even when reheated the next day. The ribs come in a large portion but were a bit dry, although well-seasoned. The breadsticks are savory, and the staff is more than happy to provide extra. The pasta is mediocre and not particularly memorable, but it does fill you up. The highlight of every meal has to be the chicken—it's covered in a delicious sauce and is extremely tender. I don’t even have a photo of it because everyone always dives in too quickly! It’s undoubtedly the best part of any meal here. If you're okay with a leisurely dining experience at the mall, I highly recommend stopping by for a meal.
I stopped by yesterday afternoon after catching a movie at Parkway Plaza and was pleasantly surprised by my experience at O's, as I hadn't been there in years. First and foremost, the service was outstanding—friendly and attentive, though I wish I had caught the young man's name. The prices were very reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious. We ordered a medium lemon chicken salad (which was HUGE!) and the tomato basil penne pasta, both of which were excellent. Additionally, the staff member at the counter brought us a basket of hot, fresh breadsticks, which was a nice touch. The only downside was that there were at least six tables that hadn't been cleared when we arrived, and they remained so while we were eating. Overall, it's definitely a great choice if you find yourself at Parkway Plaza mall!
Dont waste your money. My lemon quarter chicken haf decent flavor.. everything else is horrible.. worse than diner food!! Garlic bread was wet. Wings were not cooked through and no flavor. Fries were dry. Mac and cheese.... just sad. Waste of $30. My 2 year old demolished his kid pizza. We didnt taste it but he's 2. They love junk. So please dont do it.
Unlimited bread sticks anyone? Well it's common knowledge that this place used to be Pat and Oscar's. One can't notice the difference between the menu the service on the other seems to be much better. The front staff is very helpful and not to mention cheerful. On a Friday evening we wanted to try everything so we opted for the family meal; half lemon chicken, half barbecue, a full slab of ribs, pizza, and a side order of Alfredo pasta. The salad and breads sticks were served first. We chose ceasar salad and clawed our way to the bread sticks. One can probably do an entire review on the bread sticks. It was freshly made and it was buttery moist. It actually melted in mouth, that is just how good it was. The pizza was good as well. It was a lot of food for five people. Overall it was a great experience. The highlight of the evening was the unlimited bread sticks. We are definitely going back.
I used to love coming here because I worked at the mall. It was great food but now, I don't know what happened. Look at the wings, I cannot believe how nasty they look and taste. My salad's dry chicken was gross as well. Not ever coming back.
