Contribuisci feedbackThe cashier running the drive thru Pablo told me to park on the side and after 10 minutes of waiting with no food I went inside to see if my order was ready. I explained to who I believe is the manager the situation and she very nicely tried to resolve the situation. Pablo came out and claimed that I had driven away when I was just following he’s instructions and doubled down by claiming he had not told me to do what I had clearly heard him say. On top of everything I know that cashier made a side comment via the headset but that’s the last of the worries I just thought I would let y’all know in order to be more discreet. Overall everything other than Pablo’s customer service was great and hopefully this was a one time thing.
These guys just flat out can't get one order right, I ordered three different meals all with separate condiments.. and they forgot all of them. This is the last time.
I used to eat at Popeyes regularly. I loved their wing pieces. I was disappointed when they stopped selling the buckets of wings, which were very good to grab for impromptu work lunches!I noticed today that they have a new menu item, Ghost wings! They are crispy with many sauce options.The service is great as usual. I used to think young servers are impatient while mumbling, but I think it just depends upon the attendants' work ethic!I will definitely return. Kudos to Popeye's in El Cajon, CA (110 Jamacha Rd, El Cajon, CA 92019)!
Very soggy French fries with no flavor I couldn't believe it.
JANETH IS SUPER FANTASTIC! Always friendly and very very energetic! Her smile and willingness to help and engagement is out of this world! The way she responds and leads her staff is even such a great sight to see!
