Ruth's Chris Steak House - El Paso

Our experience was excellent. the service and food quality was excellent.

From barkeeper to server could not have received a better service. the manager stayed watching our experience with them. Eating was phenomenal and cooked as we asked. really a pleasant dinner and evening.

Ambiente and service were exceptional. eat delicious, more than our last visit. best old fashion in el paso. price plus tipp was a shock. two cocktails, two glasses of malbec, two 12 ounces steaks, two sides and 15% tip was $340.

Disappointing dinner, appetizers took too long, we didn’t get share spoons of plates with any sides, steak came undercooked we had to send back, water was never refilled or server basically abandoned us after the first issue. For the price it should have been better.

It was not as good as I had expected. Mashed potatoes underwhelming and charged 5 dollars for dessert that was included. It seemed they were in a hurry for us to leave taking bread away before we even received or food.
