No room service for food. do not order any food by phone else AVERY in the kitchen/server will be very rude to you and never allow you to get cold food warmed up for any reason even baby milk. Just go to the restaurant and order fresh. P.S- 3 others were willing to help, but she refused 2. the pool was open to anyone despite the key access restriction.3. No place for pedestrians to take on walks. I took a long walk and one person told me it is not allowed. only golf carts.4. Staff at the lobby and housekeeping were really nice.5. Its a no Microwave place6. for a family, it is not as convenient because it is just two rooms, not a suite.7. there is a difference between the hotel at the casino no kids allowed , and the golf course old building , and there are villas too. be sure to check before you book.8. it is nice and quiet except for neighboring clubs.Noteworthy details: no microwave so do not bring any food you will need. it is not so great if you have a kid and need to warm their milk.staff were nice except one at the restaurant called AVERY- she was super rude and not willing to help even when her colleagues were trying to figure out how to help us. I ordered breakfast and it did not say anywhere that there was no room service. i assumed it there was. we had to go get it and asked if it could be warmed. her colleagues took it to the kitchen and tried to, she brough it back and screamed at us saying it this food has been left out for a long time and we cannot warm it . later i asked if my baby 's milk can be warmed at least, staff went it and came back and she said they could not. if they did not have the facility to warm the food- the other staff would not have accepted to do it int he first place. we ate the food like that unfortunately and trashed the milk. The hotel can offer at least a microwave for people who NEED it. and please put a notice that there is no room service. in addition , add rules for pedestrians who want to take walks because someone driving a cart told me that it was not allowed while I was taking a walk on what looked like a path for carts and pedestrians. everyone said Hi or hello except this one man.
The golf course greens were very green and well manicured. The staff was very friendly and golf shop was well stocked. The food at the restaurant was dang good. The main problem was all the construction. The golf cart paths were not clearly marked, some were dirt roads and some were NOT carts paths at all. The reason this matters is because the carts would turn off if you went into restricted areas. You were struck unless you reversed but with nothing clearly marked you were destined to repeat this again and again and again.Overall this problem will eventually disappear. I 'll be back.
This golf course is a nice layout in very good shape. The fairways were mostly carpet quality and the greens were smooth clean and true...They are working on the course so a little loud and busy but all in all a great day on the links...the guy in the pro shop was very good with us thank you...
AC unit was so loud it’s basically impossible to sleep. Walls are thin. Sliding door in bathroom was off track and didn’t close. The layout and size of the room is nice but they need to do some maintenance.Asked twice for some refills of cups and misc and they didn’t show up. Found someone who helped but he only delivered part of what was asked. Seems like they’re running with a minimum amount of staff and need more. Checking in desk staff was very friendly.
The staff were all very friendly and courteous. The two main golf courses were open and great to play, but I was lucky as the Willow Glen course is still undergoing renovations. When those are completed it will be even more impressive. The greens played fast and true and were generally in great condition. The Oak Glen course is flatter and in excellent condition though also has some ongoing improvements happening. The Restaurant and Bar Staff were friendly and engaging, the Pro Golf Shop staff equally so. The food was very good with a variety of choice. In all it was a great experience to play golf there and soak up the ambience while taking in the history of the indigenous people in the area. I thoroughly recommend Singing Hill Golf Resort.Rooms: The air-conditioning in the rooms was noisy but very effective. Upgrading the AC to Split Systems would solve that problem.
