I ordered Burrito supreme from them and I didn’t check it until i got home, and when i opened it, it was a regular one and cold!!! but they charged me for the supreme!!I called and they told me that the Manager her name is Adna or something told them that the people have to drive all the way back and drop the food off to be able to make them a new one!! What management does that.This place professionalism and quality has been going down since they did the remodel.If you know a different place then I suggest you go there instead of this place.

The nachos plate is horrible, they don’t have flat plates for nachos that can hold the chips like any other restaurants they put it on Saed’s plate so the restaurant can save some chips and all the toppings, The beans are not cooked Well, very expensive and is not worth it, I don’t recommend it at all.Food: 1/5

Once again, I had to bring home a Pollo Asada chicken burrito and my husband had to heat it up in the microwave because it was still cold. I live 90 seconds away from the restaurant by car. Somethings wrong they're not heating their food up enough. As far as their new point system, I haven't been at this restaurant in the last month. They should've put a big sign up to use the coupons that people had because they were no longer going to accept them. I was quite upset because I lost out on a free burrito, a free taco, and a free drink which was a couple hundred dollars. The employee argued with me and was not going to budge and then tried to point out in the Micro small print on the window that they're not taking coupons any longer because They're changing the system. They did not transfer any of the points I had because I had over 70 points and they took it down to zero. They should've honor the coupons.!!!!
