Starbucks - El Cajon

No one acknowledged me with at least a, hi or welcome, We 'll be right with you. And finally, Short guy with glasses greeted me very poorly after I patiently waited to be helped and then acted like he didn 't want to help me but the customer after me was greeted with such enthusiasm and he was so happy to help him with his, hi sir! The usual for you?! And continued on to relaying the man 's special drink. I did nothing to deserve such lack of service and I hate to think like this or pull the race card(which I never do) but had I been white like the other 3 customers behind me that he was so happy to help, maybe I 'd get the same treatment. I come here often and the two tall men that also wear glasses were always so kind and personable. I wish I could take my tip back. Idk what I was thinking to tip!

This location tends to be super busy most times I've come in, but their customer service is amazing... and the wait time is minimal and the employees are super friendly... my order is always correctly made... one of the best locations in El Cajon... thanks Taylor, Tarek, Marlene, and Ashley for always making a bad day better :

I give 5 stars to Eric hopefully that’s how he spells his name but anyways I loved his attitude he’s a very sweet person and he made my drink just the way I like it. He deserves all 5 stars ! ?

I attempted to order a simple drink I’ve been ordering for many years. Iced Coffee with white Mocha. (Iced white Mocha) The employee proceeds to tell me there’s no such thing as iced coffee at Starbucks. I’m pretty sure Starbucks sells iced coffee drinks. She proceeds to make me exactly what I ordered even though she says what I ordered wasn’t in existence at Starbucks. This was a bad experience and I will not be visiting this store again.

I picked up a grande caffe misto from this Starbucks located inside Von's before heading over to a nearby taco shop for breakfast. I had the barista make it out of the veranda blend. It was pretty good and not as harsh as Pike's normally is.The young lady was friendly enough and offered friendly small talk after being engaged. There's plenty of parking at this location, and they offer Starbuck's baked goods, too.
