We had never been so decided we'd wait and just strolled through some stores in the mean time. Around 45 mins we got the text our table was ready. We went up to the front and the server then seated up at our table with a fresh basket of bread and butter. Our waitress Rebecca was great! She was very sweet and extremely attentive (even considering how busy it was. She took our order quickly and appetizers didn't even take more than 10 mins to get to us. Our food came shortly after. The burgers we got were AMAZING! We ordered them medium done and they were perfect, still juicy, not dry at all. Also the fresh basket of bread gets refilled for free if you'd like more. We also loved the country theme with the music that was playing. We thought it was fun when a song came on and then some of the servers were dancing in the middle of the walkways. Just entertaining and good vibes all around with everyone that assisted us. We'll definitely be back, even if there is a wait again. Thank you again Rebecca for making this a great experience for us being our first tim
Checked in online and the reservation said the wait would be 40 minutes. 52 minutes later I arrived and checked in. then the waitress said it will be 45 more minutes at specifically 723pm. the way she spoke about it sounded like she knew my seat time was excatly 723pm. I don't understand why the website didn't specifically tell me I would wait 2 hours? otherwise I would have waited longer at my home before I sat outside for almost an extra hour. I would have rather gone to black angus. not worth the wait.
Love the food but service is bad . Hostess was rude . We got a text message saying our table was ready , I personally checked us in , girl told us to wait by the steak and someone will call us . We waited 15 min no one called us, since then 5 other large tables go before us and we were a table of 3. I walked up to the hostess and she said no one checked in with her (with attitude) , we will be on deck .I then got upset and told her I personally check in with you , and YOU told me to wait by the steaks . Lady didn’t know what to say nor due . I walked always from this place . This was one of my favorite places , but slowly it’s going down hill. Cleanliness, and organization in seating partying needs a lot of work
I'm going to start with the service.... Absolutely perfect. I wish I could remember her name to give her a shout out. Fast friendly and attentive. Love that manager swings by the table to see how things are also. Food was great. Had the steak bites or medallions.... Anyways whatever it was it was really yummy.I always enjoy my visits.
I had been looking forward to trying this place out for awhile and stopped by for a weekend dinner! The wait was almost exactly 80 minutes to my surprise, which is what we were quoted. We were seated and served their famous bread and sweet butter right away. The bread was nothing short of amazing, but the plates we were given were dirty and had food stuck to them. I went ahead and ordered their sweet tea, top sirloin, and mashed potatoes. The sweet tea had a weak tea flavor, and my medium steak was overcooked and dry. Hayden and Anabel were great in making sure to replace the overcooked steak. The mashed potatoes were heavenly though, which was one of the highlights for me. Overall, the pros were the fun ambiance, friendly service, bread, and mashed potatoes. The cons were the ridiculously long wait, dirty plates, and overcooked steak. I would still recommend trying them out once for the novelty or maybe for a birthday since they do make it fun. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program in advance for a coupon for a free entree.
