I was able to meet and visit the East Restaurant and it was a great experience. We find it among the mentions “Bib Gourmand” of the Michelin guide and we decided to book. the attention and professionalism of the employees is magnificent; the quality, originality and variety of the food is very high; and the atmosphere of the local is very modern and pleasant. a place where for a reasonable price you enjoy the great quality of Mediterranean cuisine. highly recommended without a doubt.
We really wanted to go for the good ratings he's got and it's certainly been a drop. We've tried the croquettes in, which were exquisite. later, the lasagna has surprised us by its texture and its flavor. The pizzas were good and the dough was very rich. the best of all has been the cheesecake, undoubtedly one of the best we have ever tasted. We've been looking forward to trying out a paste they were serving in cheese, called spaghetti with truffle to the 30-month reggiano.
The deal was nice, the place is very nice (especially the terrace). The dishes are avant-garde and there are some mixtures that can be a bit rare but are recommended: cheese croquettes, truffle pasta and marinated chicken pizza.
