El Mono - El Cerrito

My fiancée and I just came to a Sunday dinner after el mono, we absolutely loved everything. everything was fresh and beautifully prepared, the aromen they will really blow away. the dinge were a bit expensive, but felt as if the quality of eating there was so. I will definitely be back, maybe on a weekday to take advantage of the prices of lunch specialties.

Have they ever thought about a meal they had for days? something they had thought was good, but not earthly destructive at the time, but the more they thought about it, the more they appreciate the little touches that made their meal special? el mono was such a beautiful surprise that I could not fully understand how good it was then, and the more I think about it, the more I loved what I had and wanted to go back for more. I kept on a laune at el mono, because I drove out sfo and really needed some decent to eat and I felt a little jammed over typical dinner rate. I've eaten peruan, and it's really different enough to be interesting, so I went to el mono. I split half a huh together with a row of sides and tried both of the two aguas frescas they had. the drinks were sweet without knocking. they have also paired incredibly well with any dish I had, and each dish has also paired well. I forgot to make photos of everything I had, but I could talk for a while about how much I loved my meal. it was a great time.

It was my mom’s birthday on the of July! The food was delish the service was nice! I recommend this restaurant if you want to eat a real Peruvian meal!

El mono was fantastic! wonderful service. full house! will definitely go back.

We’re looking forward to the new space. The current space is not ideal but they’ve done a decent job making it work. I hope it’s not as loud. The most recent night we were there, a table of was so loud it was bordering on let’s get to go boxes. Love the food. Sweet potato chili fries perfectly cooked. Service and general staff super nice. New space opening in March.
