Starbucks - El Cerrito C

Food great but I saw a lot racism with foreign costumers ! I’m really disappointed mopping costumers shoes or I’m sorry it’s full when it’s empty ! It’s california 2024 not 1950

It's always great to go into ANY of these establishments! I love my hot Mocha and Mocha Frappuccino.

Bathrooms smelled so horrible and where so dirty, didn't have soap either. The whole place could be cleaner.My coffee tasted burnt.The staff was nice, no complaints about them. I would not go back because of the bathrooms and the overall cleanliness of the place, I mean there are so many other Starbucks stores to choose from.

I've been here on several occasions and Scott is an asset to this store. He is always smiling and acknowledging customers by their names. I used to work at Starbucks myself 11 years ago and I must that he delivers amazing customer service. I forgot the managers name but he is also friendly and professional too. These two definitely are the best here! Five stars for them!

Carp has a sense of humor and PJ is incredibly fast with our order. This location makes drinks better than the others in the area.
