It's a little place on the beach between a couple other restaurants. We ordered the hamburger and fries and some beer. It was ok. I will mention to remember how much things were when you ordered and compare it to the bill. I notices they over charged us on the beers. When I called him on it he started to stuttered and then said ah ya and reduced it to what it really was. We found this happens at many beach bars. I don't mind tipping but hate trying to get ripped off. That being said I would still go back but will check my bill.
I am not an expert in Mexican beach restaurants but this one seems to be on par with what I have experienced. Always nice to sit with toes in the sand to have a nice, cold beer and guacamole and some decent fish and rice. I had a solo lunch here during a quiet moment in a workshop and it was fine. Pleasant service. Good fresh fish. There are several restaurants along the waterfront, open mostly for breakfast for the locals and lunch for the tourists who are taking boats to beaches for swimming, fishing or diving. Arrangements can be made for dinner, as well, but my experience it that they are usually closed, since there are few clients at night (no real hotels of which to speak, save a posada and some local rentals). The bay here is very nice and it is quite relaxing to have a meal or snack here. I had no issues and would recommend, especially if you are waiting for the bus or just want to chill for an hour or so en route to wherever you are staying for the night.
