Great customer service, friendly,very professional and truly went above and beyond to satisfy the customer.

My how things have changed! No more steam table of hot, fresh food! Understandable to a degree, but still disappointing! The ice tea was definitely OLD and it was horrible! Chicken was tasty, can't get one recipe wrong if it's shipped in already battered!One cashier was ride, but one was very hospitable. But the bad is what gets these type 3 star reviews. Customer service could bebetter yet overall due to scarcity of variety in Eldorado we would go back!

I am a huge fan of KFC chicken pot pies, however, I bought One last week that did not have a single piece of chicken in it! I went back again today thinking it might have just been a fluke and bought another one, this one had two very tiny pieces ofchicken in the whole pie! I don?t know what?s going on but they need to put some chicken in the chicken pot pie! I think thismay be a matter that needs to be brought to corporate?s attention.

The manger was very rude tonight .. They don?t like to fix the food 2 hours before closing hours and they don?t never have half of your orders ..

The staff were great considering it was the 4th of July and the fries were so good lol
