Panda Express - El Dorado Hills

Panda Express is one of the most GREEDY restaurant companies I can think of. Maybe the worst. While the prices keep edging up, the food containers at Panda Express keep getting smaller and smaller, and shallower and shallower. The portions are literally half what they used to be in years past. They take you from both ends. No more from this fed up customer.

If you rise the price than try at least improve your service, not downgrade it. At 2:00 PM on Sunday there was almost no food on display. More than half bowls were empty and not offered at all. The other half bowls were half empty. The portions they serve are soooooo small. It’s a joke not a normal plate . When brought a plate home son asked why there was only half of the food in the plate . That’s how the portions looked. Will definitely not go to this location ever again.

App placed order for 3:30 instead of 4:30. i tried to call SEVEN times in the span of 30 minuted and got no

A bit disturbed to be walking in about 20 minutes to closing to find 2 staff gathering food for themselves while people are in line to order, especially clearing out food item for themselves rather then for the customers as at this point options are limited. Also disgusted to see one of the workers continuing to prepare her food in the back and eating in the kitchen. Not very sanitary or professional. The rest of the employees were fine just the two mentioned above I found inappropriate. I generally love Panda Express however don't think I'd return to this location.

The worst Panda in town. The portion sizes are terrible and not what a true Panda is known for.
