When my order was ready, I asked for extra sauce, but the manager on duty informed me they were 50 cents and just walked away. I asked if she could charge us for them, and she said the other cashier would handle it, even though there was a line of at least six people. Then, just a minute later, she jumped on the register herself. How long would it have really taken to charge for two sauces? I'm grateful to the other young lady who helped us. Yoshinoya, you really need to improve your staff's service.
The interior atmosphere of the restaurant is fantastic. However, the outside does not reflect the charm found inside. The service was excellent, the food was delicious and served hot, and I appreciated that the code for the restroom was provided promptly. Thank you, Yoshinoya!
I was really let down by the way my order was packaged. The items were carelessly tossed into a flimsy bag without any padding or protective wrapping. Because of this, the container leaked, causing some of the food to spill into the bag. This not only created a mess and made the meal unappetizing but also rendered the food unsafe to eat. I felt very disappointed by the apparent lack of care in packaging my order, and I don't think I'll be ordering from this restaurant again. I hope they can enhance their packaging in the future to ensure a better experience for their customers.
I really love Yoshinoya plates, I wish they were in Mexico too. I think their food it's very tasty and healthy.
Ridiculous, the boba tea is only half without ice. 2/3 or 3/4 is acceptable with no ice. See what I get at the store!
