I think we have a case of chipotle here, portions are reduced, ordered a 3 dish plate and got a little portion of kung Pao, brócoli I counted like 3 pieces, flavor is there but portions are getting smaller. They raised the price, why lower food portion.

Why is it that every time I order on the mobile app, wait until the time it says it'll be ready and then get a text message saying my food is ready, but I go in and it's not ready? It's probably faster just to order in store! Service is lacking and needs improvement. I'll update my review once management fixes their issues.
