Our son-in-law was just withdrawn from the navy and drove all the way away from virginia beach to spend a few days with us before she after farmington, nm, where our daughter lives so he can join her. we wanted to take him something special, so we made a reservation at the edge of texas. I had the salmon with lemon pepper spiced with kartoffel and tortilla suppe and we had several appetizers (sausage left and nacho chips). my son-in-law had the buffalo steak and baked potato. our food was just great. very good and our server was very attentive and polite. I wish I could remember her names because she was excellent! my wife ordered the shrimp (scampi) and kartoffeln. she wasn't happy with her shrimp. She said she just didn't taste good. She didn't say anything until we came home. I wish she had said something back then, but I guess she didn't want to make a scene at such a wonderful night. I'm sure we'll come back and eat there soon. everything else was very nice and a very pleasant atmosphere to dinate, oh and btw, the top shelf margarita was awesome!
