Starbucks

There has been a sign up for weeks stating new temporary hours, which has a closing time of 2:30. I made sure to stop by at 1:40 PM along with 5 other cars in the drive thru to only see it is closed. As a courtesy to your customers, you should really put up a new sign if the hours are changed that day so your customers and not sitting in the drive thru waiting for someone to take their order.

Completely understaffed! Waited 30 minutes in Drive through line. I would of left but was trapped between cars. So disappointed, better off not open.

The only thing you can count on at this Starbucks is inconsistency. They get your order wrong about 75% of the time and the costumer service is terrible. I don't know how hard it is to make a pumpkin cream cold brew correctly, but it is always messed up. Would rather drive across town than waste my money here.

Worst Starbucks around. The wait is always incredibly long, and half the time they get your order wrong. I remember when Starbucks used to compensate for things like that...not this one.

Worst Starbucks in town. Staff is always rude and lack common sense customer service skills. 20 minute waits for drinks. They close their lobby but still let you order on the app so you get stuck in the drive thru for 30 mins. Save yourself the hassle and go to one of the other 3 Starbucks in town.
