It took over 30 minutes to receive my order, as the workers were moving slowly and were not efficient in taking orders. Additionally, there was an argument between two workers, one of whom wanted to fight. I also placed a pick-up order on the side, which took over 40 minutes to be ready, and some items were missing from the order. Overall, the experience was disappointing and I may not return as a customer.
This Arby's restaurant is frustrating, as they do not accept cash. Despite my order totaling $22.76, I was told they only accept cards. I handed over exact change, only to be told they couldn't accept it. If they only accept cards, they should make that clear upfront. It was a disappointing experience overall, and I do not plan on visiting this Arby's again.
The floor was a bit sticky, but the food was fresh and delicious. When there was a small issue with my meal, it was quickly resolved by the attentive and helpful staff.
The worst service ever! id employment with this store! 30 minutes in the drive thru and rong order. I know it is. Whoever gives it like that is as good as possible.
Got the Arby's Diablo Dare. Was definitely warm, but not what I would call hot. The shake was a nice touch.
