One of the better (and larger) Whole Foods that I have visited and purchased food at. Large and good selection. Pizza was fresh. Staff seems friendly. I used self-checkout with minimal problems, Good produce section. Good location with easy parking.. Typical prices.

Just when you think you can't find Good Customer Service at major chain supermarkets, Walter, Bakery Team Leader at Whole Foods Market in Oxnard, came thru. I explained to him over the phone that I had visited his store the night before and walked away very disappointed with the lack of service and enthusiasm from one of his co-workers by not trying to help me placing a catering order. Walter quickly sprung up and guided me thru over the phone and walked me step-by-step how to place Online Order. Always keeping a very polite and friendly attitude. Because of Walter, I will keep shopping wherever I can at this Whole Foods. 5-Star Service for this young man for sure..

The service sequence was brilliantly performed! The coffee and foods were delicious. I greatly loved everything in this shop like the waiters/waitresses, place, and foods.
