Inca Grill - El Toro

Absolutely horrible service. Guy is whispering on the phone. Gets the order wrong like we predicted on the drive there. Then acts stupid when I ask for green onions and sauces. Giving Waba a bad name. ?

Filling! I ordered steak and chicken rice bowl with extra meat and a side of salmon. I was hungry. Food was really good. Big portion size. Not sure about others issues mentioned with the Asian guy. I think I delt with him but order online so was minimal. Only reason for 4 stars is I ordered extra sauce for .29 and what I received was laughable. To think they actually charged me for that!! Especially after just spending 25. Id go back. Skipping the extra sauce of course.

Last time I came here I asked for the family feast but they gave me the family meal, I had to go back and ask for the upgrade and get charged a second time for the upgrade. This time I went and asked for the family meal and asked for white and brown rice, he said white and brown and they gave me white only, they did the same to my co worker when he ordered food when he went Good food but they need to clean out their ears and get these orders right. Forgot to mention, the cashier has no customer service skills at all.

Enjoyed a Waba bowl, which consists of chicken and steak over rice. Nice place for a quick healthy lunch. The bowl with a fountain drink came to just under $10.

I simply love Inka Grill! They got some great food and I live for their beef chowder. Highly recommend!
