Mr Ho's Chinese - Elba

I've had three meals from Mr. Ho's and this is a bit of a mixed review because I've only gotten takeout. So far, I've tried their sweet and sour chicken, their orange chicken, and their General Tso's chicken... all combos. For what I was expecting, it was all fine and I felt like I got my money's worth. I especially love their fried rice.Walking in, it looks like the space used to be a Mexican restaurant that was never redone, so that's a ding on the atmosphere. The buffet also looked very sad and lacking for variety.Basically, if you don't feel like driving to Enterprise or Troy for better options, and you get your food to go, Mr. Ho's is a fine choice for Chinese food in Elba.

Just spent $30 on food we cannot eat. It tastes strange and we were afraid to eat it. The chow mein noodles looked to be spaghetti noodles. Couldn’t even eat the fried rice due to strange taste. I love Chinese food. Disappointed!

I honestly wish I could give zero stars, my family has ate there several times and each time the food has increasingly gotten worse. The lo mein noodles were not actually lo mein noodles, the chicken was over cooked to the point it took almost 5 mins to chew and swallow it. The steak and peppers the steak was over cooked and could not taste any pepper. We will not be eating there again.
