Decided to go inside to place my to go order since the drive thru line was crazy busy. I received the worst service ever. The cashier didn’t speak or greet me or the customer in front of me. She never asked how she could help, how much was our orders or thank you. She walked away without given me my receipt and just tossed both orders on the counter and again just walked away. The restaurant is always unclean. Today was my last visit to the Bojangles in Elberton Ga. and I will also tell my family and friends about my horrible experience. Good bye!
I give Bojangles in Elberton, Georgia a big fat 0 in every category. The service is lazy and they are always out of items. This restaurant should be shut down.
On average, the restaurant is usually out of something 9 out of 10 times. However, on this particular day, they got it right. As always, there is a long wait time at the drive-thru, so I recommend avoiding peak hours like around noon. The restaurant is improving though. The parking can be challenging if the drive-thru is backed up and you are parked, making it difficult to get out.
If you request extra seasoning on the fries, it seems that you will receive them plain. Even when asking for seasoning in a separate cup so you can add it yourself, the workers refuse to accommodate this request. It is frustrating that they do not understand that seasoned fries should be seasoned. It would be much simpler for them to just sprinkle the seasoning directly on the fries as requested. It is disappointing that they act as though the seasoning is a burden to provide.
My fiance went there at 11:00 am to get food for a special Valentine's Day picnic. Horrible mistake. At first he was told that the cook was late and it would be a 30 minute wait for chicken. Also, they were out of coleslaw. He ordered a dark meat dinner for me. When we got to our picnic spot we discovered that I got two scrawny dried up wings (white meat) and a biscuit. No sides at all. He ordered all white meat and got a breast and thigh. My great-granddaughter got chicken fingers that were too spicy for her to eat. I ended up sharing my biscuit with her so we both left the picnic still hungry. You would think employees at a chicken restaurant would know the difference in white and dark meat, keep in stock the sides they advertise and have a cook on time before the lunch rush begins. Their prices have gotten high so I'm sure he paid dearly for this lousy meal. I will definitely not patronize this business.
