Bojangles - Elberton

I left after waiting in line with my family. We stood there for over five minutes, and we were never acknowledged at all.

Please get your act together! Ordered a big dinner tonight and get all the way home and found out you forgot the desert (4 bo berry biscuits) and there was no Bo sauce as we had ordered. So we had to come all the way back to town and you offered an apology. And now all the food is cold thanks but no thanks. Work on completing the order every time.

Service was great. Very friendly. Food was fresh and hot. Restaurant was clean. Great town to stop at when passing through.

Great food!!!!! I grew up eating here! Wonderful staff! Very friendly and caring! They make the best supreme chicken strips around! Best biscuits as well! Five stars.

The service was awful. We waited 10 minutes in the drive-thru with just one car ahead of us. We decided to drive around and go inside to place our order, but we stood there for several minutes without even being acknowledged. I won't be returning to this restaurant.
