Bojangles ' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits

This was the second time I came to the drive thru on a Friday afternoon that they were out of chicken and I had to wait for it. Got there around 4 both times. I just don't understand how a chicken place runs out of chicken on a Friday.Food: 5/5

Never answered at drive thru. 6 pm on a Sunday drove up to window and saw employees inside drove back around to speaker and were told yea hold on .Food: 1/5

Poor service, chicken overcooked, biscuit was hard, other customers experiencing problems also, employees need training on customer service,Food: 1/5

The food was delicious, service was quick, and the prices were reasonable. However, the interior could use a bit more cleanliness. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Great breakfast, but very slow service. Maybe because they are always busy, but a drive thru experience is supposed to be fast food, not extra slow. And even going in is slow, it's like they are only trying to take care of the drive thru customers.Food: 4/5
