Burger King - Elberton

Service zero. Waited for someone to even acknowledge my husband was even standing there for 15 minutes inside the restaurant. People came in behind him and left. What's going on with this place?

I use to work here an the employee or lazy an also the gm they have two to three people running the whole store while the other are allow to do what ever an speaking on there food ?? just saying you be better off going to McDonald’

Savannah , manager I believe, best there is !!! She ran drive through alone ! And served us at noon with fresh hot lunch , and a pipping hot cup of coffee considering she didn't have to with what time it was , she's doing most part of it single handed and she is doing a great job , Definitely need her , cause she's what the business is running on ?? way to go ma'am

The lady at the drive thru was absolutely awesome from the start of taking my order and through giving me my food and telling me to have a nice day. Her customer service was top notch and she was not rushy but fast and efficient. The food was good as well. This was around 8:00 after a busy game night. She had on a burgundy shirt while the other wore black, maybe she was a manager.

There's Alot I Would Like To Say, But I'm Not. Customer Service Was Horrible, Even From The Manager. My Food Was Cooked Fresh And It Still Came Out Horrible. Went Around 3 Or 4 O Clock. Never Again!
