Burger King - Elberton

The service was terrible. My husband waited for 15 minutes just to be acknowledged while standing inside the restaurant. Several people arrived after him and were seated before he was even noticed. What's going on with this place?

Very rude and didn't know the menu. Said she hated her job which made me want to hate it too.

Had to wait for fresh cooked food tasted like it was microwaved

The lady at the drive thru was absolutely awesome from the start of taking my order and through giving me my food and telling me to have a nice day. Her customer service was top notch and she was not rushy but fast and efficient. The food was good as well. This was around 8:00 after a busy game night. She had on a burgundy shirt while the other wore black, maybe she was a manager.

There's Alot I Would Like To Say, But I'm Not. Customer Service Was Horrible, Even From The Manager. My Food Was Cooked Fresh And It Still Came Out Horrible. Went Around 3 Or 4 O Clock. Never Again!
