Poor guy at ice cream window doing his best. Saturday evening summertime... how so?..the boss can?t adequately staff the ice cream window?? Make me stand in line so long waiting to spend my money..... turned on my heel and went home with no ice cream after standing there plenty long enough. Don?t want to spend my money at your establishment that bad! Pity the worker having to change gloves for money then for ice cream all the while masked up. The screen falls down on a sundae and customer wants it made over again. Boss??? Why the screen falling down????

Any times day or night this location stinks horrible of grease . I have mentioned it to all managers and Son-Byrne next door and there is no interest in fixing or bringing it up to code (they have clearly cheated the hood system?s CFM). I do not recommend supporting this establishment , this place is sub-par and no other gas stations around stink like frier grease!

I?m very thankful for the chivalrous employee working the evening on Thanksgiving at the Elbridge location who assisted me and my family without a moment of hesitation. We were in a vulnerable situation and it may have seemed like nothing to him but because of his reaction and his willingness to help, it made the world of difference to us. You?re an outstanding human! Thank you!

Came here for ice cream, order was messed up but we took it anyways. Before our order was taken, my boyfriend asked the guy at the ice cream window how he was doing, only being polite, and his response was ?shitty, thanks for asking.? I guess I appreciate the honesty but if you hate your job that much, one that you decided to take, just quit at that point. Place is also filthy and just smells of grease, not very sanitary.
