Contribuisci feedbackTake your money somewhere else. 90% of staff doesn?t understand your order and makes you repeat it 4 or more times and STILL messes it up or forgets items. Out of the entire staff there is one girl in the morning that NEVER messes it up is always onpoint when taking orders as well as friendly and one young man in the afternoon who is just amazing! As for the rest beware theywill be ?scared of you? as said by ?management? and when calling corporate I was told ?sorry they are privately owned andnothing we can do? sad and ridiculous way to run a business.
They couldn?t hear us in the drive thru. They messed up our orders ! They weren?t very nice!
I wasn't prepared to be snapped at through the speaker. I understand that the person ahead of me may have been difficult, but I’ve always tried to be polite when ordering, even when I'm alone. I’ve worked in food service myself, so I know how it can be. However, it’s disappointing to be treated rudely by a teenager when I’m just a regular customer. It’s part of your job to handle these situations gracefully. If you’re unhappy with your role, remember that there are exits for a reason. As a hardworking, paying customer, I play a part in helping you earn your paycheck. I hope you take this into account and consider how to improve your interactions in the future. I genuinely wish the staff a better day ahead.
The selection of donuts was limited, but that didn’t stop me from buying a dozen! The staff were incredibly friendly and convinced me to give it a try. Plus, they serve some really good coffee there.
The restaurant features a very nice, clean, open concept and has a friendly staff. There's a huge parking lot, and everything feels clean and fresh. They serve great coffee and delicious donuts!
