Subway - Elburn

This location suuuuuucks. They open and close whenever they want. The place is filthy. They do not honor ANY subway specials/deals, and the staff is very unfriendly. You can walk in and be their only customer, and they don’t even try to hide their irritation at the inconvenience you have caused them by wanting a sandwich. With limited eating options in town, they really take advantage of their customer base. My family of 6 will drive the few miles back to Randall Rd from now on. Super clean store, service was great, subs were delicious. This is one of those 'Subway done correctly stores. Excellent job to the store owners! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food is good but when I tried to use my gift card in app the cashier yelled at me that its not working . Very rude Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One guy in there (may be owner). Totally cheap on all toppings and making the sandwich. I have been to Elburn in prior years when other staff listened to me and filled the sandwich with vegetables. This guy counted exactly 4 tomatoes, 5 pickles, 5 black olives, one squirt of mayo, OMG, talk about cheap all bun barely anything in it. AND $12.50 for this horrible steak sub. WONT GO BACK AND UNDERSTAND WHY IT IS EMPTY!! STOP BEING CHEAP ON MAKING THE SANDWICH IT DOENST COST THAT MUCH EVEN IN TODAYS HORRIBLE ECONOMY TO MAKE A SUB IF JERZY MIKE'S AND JIMMY JOHN'S CAN DO IT!

I don’t even know how the food was because I left before ordering! I walked in and there was a gentleman sweeping the floor and I could hear somebody back behind in the kitchen. I thought I was going to be greeted was never greeted the guy finishes sweeping after five minutes of me waiting. He then goes into the kitchen doesn’t even wash his hands and asked me what I want to order, I politely exclaimed, never mind and walked out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
